Friday’s G5 games: UCF-Memphis cancelled

There are only three G5 games tonight and one that was cancelled. If you’re looking for an upset, the lone team with a shot is Ohio. The Bobcats will take on Purdue (FS1, 5 p.m.) and are only a slight underdog.

As for what could have been a good game, the UCF-Memphis game has been cancelled in Orlando because of Hurricane Irma (be safe, Floridians).

Also on tap is Florida International (which has been moved to Birmingham, Ala.) and what should be blowout with South Alabama hosting No. 11 Oklahoma State (on ESPN2, 5 p.m.)
